JEREMIAH 29:11; THE GOD HAS A PLAN TO PROSPER YOU; TO GIVE YOU HOPE & FUTURE !
Malachi 3:10 bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.
I will ask question brothers and sisters is really God opens the flood gates of heaven and blesses us
The answer is big Yes, because the God had been opening the flood gates of heaven and blessing his people all the time. Let’s understand the term “BLESSINGS” because, Blessing is not limited only to financial gains but it’s GOD’s “PLAN & PURPOSE” in our life through “GOD SPOKEN WORD” through prophecy, revelation, Word of God or by the Holy Spirit! It is the GOD’s unmerited favour upon us which we don’t deserve.
Let’s see GOD’s Plan & Purpose for us through Lord Jesus Christ. Let’s read Matthew 3:16-17 As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”(This is a blessing word from GOD upon Jesus)
See that’s how the God spoke from heaven and “BLESSED” Lord Jesus Christ “that Jesus is my son, whom I love and well pleased with him” even though the Jesus Christ had not started ministry. But Father God baptised Him through the Holy Spirit. Means before the creation of World, the GOD had a Plan for all Human beings to reconcile with Him through Lord Jesus Christ. The Jesus was completely man and the completely God. However, the God sent the Jesus as poor so that we can be rich; the Lord Jesus had to suffer for us so that we can be healed; Lord Jesus had to die on the cross, so that we can have the salvation.
God prepared the Jesus for 30 years, before Jesus was led into wilderness for 40 days in fasting & prayers. Then the angels of the God attended the Jesus to start the ministry at the age of around 31 years with help of the Holy Spirit! There on the Lord Jesus Christ ministered, healed, fed, loved, preached, taught the Word of God for three four years including making of disciples. During the end of ministry period the Lord Jesus Christ was betrayed, suffered, beaten, humiliated and crucified on the cross and risen again after 3 days. And by His finished work on the Cross; THIS WAS THE BLESSINGS OF GOD upon us through Lord Jesus Christ, so that we may be joyful, healthy, prosperous, healed, having salvation and eternal life with the Lord Jesus Christ!
Jeramiah 29:11 for I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
We all want to be prosperous and look forward for bright future for ourselves and our children. We want to follow the people or leaders who are prosperous in the God’s way and have bright future. We’re all encouraged by a leader who stirs us to move ahead, someone who believes we can do the task he has given and who will be with us all the way.
My dear brother’s and sister’s; our loving God is that kind of the leader. He knows the future, and his plans for us are good and full of hope. As long as God, who knows the future, provides our agenda and goes with us as we fulfil His mission, we can have boundless hope. This does not mean that we will be spared pain, suffering, or hardship, but that the God will see us through the glorious conclusion.
Let’s read another BLESSING Word of God upon Abraham from – Genesis 12:2-3 “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”
As we know Abraham was 75 years Old and he was the richest man having land, servants, cattle’s during that time and settled with his family when God choose him. God told him to leave his place and go to the place where I will give you the land. It would have been easier for Abraham to be staying with his family, praying, paying tithes and offering, getting richer and staying in the comfort zone.
The GOD had a Plan for all human beings through Abraham. Even though there was no hope left in Abraham & Sarah to bear the Child due to old age; Abraham still had faith on GOD! The God tested Abraham faith and because of the faith Abraham had shown in GOD; the loving God blessed them with the son Isaac at the age of 100 years. As Abraham had shown faith patiently for 25 years and believed; God made Abraham the father of Nations and the GOD called him His Friend and made prosperous than before.
The loving God fulfilled His promise by giving Abraham son Isaac and we see that the blessings came through Isaac! On the other side, on Sarah’s pleading Abraham made relation with Hagar which eventually gave birth to Ishmael and God even blessed Sarah and Ishmael. However, the wrong seed produces the wrong outcome.
Let’s Read from Romans 8:28- And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
We see many characters in Bible, where GOD used ordinary people for extra ordinary works through his Plan and Purposes for those who love him. Therefore, LORD want to BLESS his children who love GOD and obedient to the WORD of GOD. God also encourages us to wait patiently in the times of distress and by praying, seeking counselling of the Holy Spirit, Word of the God, Church Pastor’s, Elders so GOD’s plan could be manifested in our life.
Let us pray, O Loving Father God, we thank you for blessing us and express our gratitude that you have plans for us to prosper us. O Father God bless us;
- Let there be healing upon us
- Let there be prosperity in our finances, soul and word of God;
- Let there be your revelations in our life;
- Let there be prophesies;
- Let there be your Grace;
- Let there be the baptism of the Holy Spirit:
- Let there be Through your provisions;
- Let there be thy Kingdom work, thy righteousness.
- O Lord we are available and use us Lord for thy purposes
- O Lord through your anointing; Lord Jesus take away all our worries; Lord Jesus bless our marriages; Lord Jesus bless our children in studies.
- Last but not the least –Mathew 6:33, seek his Kingdom and his righteousness; then all the wealth, wisdom and prosperity shall be added to it.
