THE “ ROOT ” OF THE LEADERSHIP!
This is very essential that when we are in the Christ; we must be deeply rooted in the Word of the God and Obedient to the Word of the God. Means our Bible Study, Meditation upon the Word of the God, talking the Word and hence walking in the Life shall be the same and hence should be based on the Biblical principles. In order to be deeply rooted;
- Accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour (John 3;16 and Romans 10:9-10,)
- Take the Water Baptism (Mathew 3:14-16)
- Pray for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit (Luke 11:13)
- The Holy Spirit produces the fruit of the Holy Spirit after reading the Word of the God and by practising; Love, Joy, Peace, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Patience, Kindness, Goodness & Self-control. (Galatians 5:22)
- To have perseverance & patience (James 1:2-4)
- To pray for the control of the tongue and anger so that we may not sin.(Psalms 4:4)
- Be trained like an athlete and soldier (disciplined) in the Ministry & life of the God (1 Corinthians 9:25-27)
- To have the Leadership qualities; how to deal with people, love the people, conflict management, catch the fire in people, groom the youngsters in the ministry and be the man of Integrity.
- Pray for the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit.
- The God had already gifted the Church with many gifts some to be Apostles, Prophets, Healing, Pastors, and Teachers.
- There are some powerful thoughts which we daily speak with our mouth for our self;
- I can do whatever; I need to do in life through Lord Jesus Christ
- I will not live in Fear
- I am difficult to offend and someone cannot take my peace in any situation
- I love people and enjoy helping them
- The God Loves me un-conditionally
- I trust God completely ; there is no need to worry
- I am content and emotionally stable
- God meets all my needs abundantly
- I peruse peace with God, myself and others
- I live in the present and enjoy each moment
- I am disciplined and self-controlled
- I put God first in my life We should deal with people with respect; money judicially and wisely
- Be merciful to people who wrong you
- Listen people patiently with attention; and smile even when they wrong you.
- We should have balance between Grace and Faith; similarly to have balance in Work and Life.
